how to set the axes component size to be fixed without to be resize with image size?

Hello everyone

i'm new to matlab and i've assigned a project using matlab, i am using axes compoent and i want to make it size fixed for example width=200 , height = 200 (never change with image size) and without fitting the image in it,however , i can't do that ! , i googled it for hours besides i am really new to matlab

It depends on what "width=200" mean. The units matter: Are these data units or pixels?

Ax = axes('XLim', [1, 200], 'YLim', [1, 200]);
img = rand(640, 480, 3);
image(Ax, img);

well , i am faililer with pixels so i just want to set the axes size to fixed whatever measurment being used ! ,
