I am using complex continuous morlet wavelet transform( cmor 1-1) for my application.I need to implement that practically to know the performance of my application. Is it possible to implement the continuous complex morlet transform practically?I get confused by reading some of the article available in the internet. Can any one help me in this issue?

I'm not sure what you mean by "practically", but yes you can use the Wavelet Toolbox to obtain the continuous wavelet transform using a complex-valued Morlet wavelet.

You could write your own wavelet script and implement it without using the matlab toolbox. see
