how do I make use of the class "zigbee.APSFrameDecoder"

I am trying to run the example - "ZigBee Home Automation Frame Generation and Decoding" from matlab example codes and I am getting the error - Undefined variable "zigbee" or class "zigbee.APSFrameDecoder"
I already have the MATLAB Communications toolbox version 7.1 installed. How do I solve this issue?
