there are same(?) matlab file in program files and program files(x86) in my computer.
is it okay to delete duplicated file? i'm not sure that two files are same

You can probably delete the installation of MATLAB under C:\Program Files\ACSYS2002\MATLAB and leave the one under C:\Program Files\MATLAB. Make sure there are no m-files under C:\Program Files\ACSYS2002\MATLAB that you're using though.
