Matlab not working. What to do?

When i start matlab from desktop, the process is running in task manager but none of matlab windows are opening and matlab is not working.

Please help me

in your task manager, right click on your application, then click "bring to front"

I'd call them. You can't even get it to launch properly. The Mathworks offers free telephone support for all cases like this.
