UDP Send - reduce amount of Packages sending

Hello,
i´m using the UDP Send Block. It sends a package every 8ms which is not good for the local Network when i´m sending a broadcast (localhost would be good but this is not working). How can I reduce the amount of packages? It would be enoung to send a package every 100ms.
