i want to write a matlab program to detect the misplacing of keys in bill printing keyboard by comparing the new bill printing keyboard image with the standard already stored bill printing keyboard image................ so plz help me how to write the program?

I'll write the program for you in full for:
-$10,000.00 American; 50% up front.
-A professional MATLAB license to be used while writing the program with any toolbox I require. (I use an educational license that can not legally be used for commercial purposes)
On the receipt of payment and license I can guarantee you the program, working in full, by mid-August 2011.

I know that *I* wouldn't price a job like this or create a time-line without a full formal specification about inputs and outputs, about response times, about lighting conditions, about training required of the people who will be taking the pictures, and so on. My ball-park estimate for me to do the work, based upon the presently available information, would be on the order of $US5.5 Million.

You could post a link to some sample images, and then you could start reading the documentation Sean referred you to, and the Matlab Getting Started documentation if you are not familiar with writing MATLAB programs.
