How to include a dll without header-file in MATLAB?

Info: I am a beginner and I don´t know too much about MATLAB. I am using MATLAB R2012a.

My probelm: I am trying to communicate with the NI USB-8451 and I have a dll, but no header-file. How can I Include this dll to MATLAB?
