Problem generating a narrow band signal at passband

I'm trying to generate a narrow band signal to be shifted at high frequency. Let's say to have a random source, sampled at 2.4kbps, GFSK modulated. I have to bring this signal at passpand, around 200Mhz.
What kind of parameters should I give to the carrier (sine wave?) in order to bring the signal at 200Mhz without changing the signal bandwidth?
