what are the standard values for Y,Cb,Cr

i m working on skin color segmentation, i want extract the luminance & chroma componets, plz tell me the formula & standards.

 i m doing face detection project in C#.net language.

The gamut of skin is a boomerang or banana-shaped cluster. It can't be extracted with normal sectioning by planes in any usual color space. You can go here for further research: Vision Bibliography, particularly Section "21.2.10.1 Skin Color Models"
