How to draw the following 3D ribbon on Matlab?

I am trying to implement a research article which use real-world data set to analyse performance of cellular netowrks.

I have done the data cleansing and data processing and my results are matching same as the authors.

Now I want to plot it the way authors have done (see the following figure. I know that there is ribbon command for matlab to do this.

But I don't know how to use it to plot the following ribbons. Let me explain the data

I have a data set comprising of three values: days (60 days), time of day (24 hour), and activities at each hour of the day.

I have made a 60x24 matrix of day x time of day (in hour). Each element of the matrix store the value of the activity during that particular day and time.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Yes, I have tried the examples.

But I dont know what is gettign wrong. I am just getting straight strips.

If I plot plane 2D plots it is working completely fine.

Found the solution. It was sooo sooo easy. I was so stupid not giving it a chance.
