How to setup a analog triger the the new sessionbased DAQ?

I am using 2012 with a NI PCI card I want send a pulse signal every second (for example a 60ms pulse) through AO0 and receive this signal plus the 20ms before and afte this pulse through A10 (with some delay). How do I do this?
I used a manual trigger in matlab 2006 but don't know how to do it with the new session based daq. thanks.
