Error using trainNetwork. Number of observations in X and Y disagree.

Hi,

'X_1' is my X and 'correspondingvalues' is my Y.

basically, x is a 16*9500 (=152000) items collection of 16*16 images. Y is their labels. The following image is a drawing of the image set for better understanding.

Please help.

Hi,

The size of the output of your network should be equal the size of Y (labels).

You can refer to the following link for a simple example on building deep neural networks in MATLAB, which you can modify according to your problem:

Make sure to change the input layer and output layer sizes according to your inputs and outputs.
