how to feed frame based signals in simulink to a gatewayIn in the system generator blocks.

I am implementing a wireless receiver model using the matlab simulink models & system generator blocks. in the matlab simulink model frame based signals are used & when it is fed to the system generator blocks, gateway in only accepts sample based signals ( 1D vector of 1 elements). even if i use the 'To sample' blocks in simulink it gives a vector of elements in same dimension with the frame based signal & it cannot fix the problem here. so how can i feed the frame based signals to gatewayin, or how i can convert them into sample based signals which gives the output one by one (as vectors with one elements).
