I want to know whether the PLL given by simulink officially is based on SRF theory ,or it's based on other theory. Can anyone help me ?Thank U so much .My email :213162941@

As per my knowledge. This PLL design, referred here as the PSB(Power System Block) PLL, uses the specially developed unit variable frequency average (VFA) that eliminates harmonics. It demonstrates excellent second harmonic elimination including conditions with single-phase faults and superb elimination of external ac voltage harmonics.Refer this for additional info https://fardapaper.ir/mohavaha/uploads/2019/03/Fardapaper-Phase-Locked-Loop-System-for-FACTS.pdf
