unable to install MATLAB 2009a at windows 7

So, the installer need to install Microsoft JVM, but JVM is no longer published by microsoft. I already have newest Java from Sun Microsystem. But the installer want Microsoft JVM.
How is the solution? without changing my OS? Thank you very much for your attention
