Removing a coordinate from a list of coordinates.

Hey everyone,
I have a list of coordinates, say K is a 10 by 2 double. What I'm doing is basically comparing that with another list to see if there are any matching. If we have a matching coordinates, say K(4,:) matches (i.e. the 4th coordinate in the list), I want to remove this from the original list!
If you could help that would be greatly appreciated.

Read about setdiff and ismember.
