how can i run simulink block since am using matlab r2012a

while running the smilulink block ther occur an error Unable to locate a C-compiler required by Stateflow and MATLAB Function blocks. Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported C-compiler.what should i do to run that block

In Matlab command run this

mex -setup

then choose your compiler
