what is the difference in uploading the file motor.srv and adio.srv ??? i uploadedd adio srv it also runs the servo from matlab so what i need to upload both files or the adio is enough confused about it ????

I have the same question. Did you figure it out? I loaded them up and I still got a connection between MATLAB and the Arduino except it said the motor pins were unassigned. Did you load anything else on the board prior to doing Matlab commands or did you alter your .pde file at all for your motor?
