The Mathworks can help you. Did you consider asking them? We are volunteers here and do not sell MATLAB. The Mathworks will be able to give you the cost information for your commercial license.

i have waiting for 3 days, but sales of mathwork doesnt give me answare

How did you contact them? It matters if you only post your question in this forum (you will wait for years) or if you call your local Matlab distributor by phone (you will wait until the next line is free). I got responses by email within a few hours.
