Recognition of USB 6009 at Simulink

Currently I am using Matlab 2012a and I want to use USB 6009 for data acquisition using simulink..But when i connect the device,,data acquisition toolbox cant recognize the device..I followed the tutorial from mathworks but it doesnt work,,any help with this matter would be highly appreciated.

Are you using 32 bit MATLAB or 64 bit MATLAB?

You need to check whether USB 6009 is supported for the new session-based interface, and you need to double-check whether Simulink tries to use session-based interface or legacy interface when it is running under 64 bit MATLAB.

Thanks Mr Walter..I am using 32 bit matlab...how can I check whether it is supported for new session based interface?
