Need help with outputs?

I'm doing this project and am working with this set of data generated by a machine. I was wondering if someone could tell me what this means?

LogStartMDHTime: 30620690
LogStopMDHTime: 33150592
LogStartMPCUTime: 61059890
LogStopMPCUTime: 63620475

I know its time but like I don't know anything about which units it is in or how its read or whether it could mean anything more than a set of numbers MPCU vs. MDH?
