Mathematical modelling and simulation of landing gear nose wheel steering

I am modelling a 6DOF aircraft simulator. I could not find open source material for modelling landing gear nose wheel steering. The input to the nose wheel steering model will be left and right rudder pedal, the output should be forces on all 3 directions Fx, Fy and Fz, and Moments about all three axes, Mx, My, and Mz.
