How to find out the lower branch solutions in boundary layer theory using MATLAB?

Hi all... currently i am working in boundary value problems. In recent articles, they found dual solutions(both upper and lower branch). Generally, the solution of BVP is upper branch solution. But i don't know how to find out the lower branch solution for that BVP. if anyone knows tell me the hint. thanks in advance.
