is there any matlab function to calculate thermophysical properties of refrigerant R410a for given pr and temp.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any MATLAB functions for the same, however, there are projects called REFPROP and coolprop that provide MATLAB wrappers where you can query the database for calculating your required quantities.

sir can you tell me step by step process how to use coolprop aor refprop in online matlab. i have try a lot but i could not get it.

Hi Ram, I don't think it is possible to do it in MATLAB online. For example, the instructions for CoolProp need the CoolProp installed locally on your machine and a normal installation of MATLAB to work.
