Clustering the data after dividing

I have the following code performed

net.divideFcn = 'divideind';
net.divideParam.trainInd=1:30; 
net.divideParam.valInd=31:50;   
net.divideParam.testInd=51:65;

now i want to perform clustering as given below

please assist
