Problem connecting PWM generator with BJT in Simulink

Hi there,

I am trying to carry on switching of an N channel mosfet ( in the Semiconductor Library)and observing the output.But it seems that MOSFET gate terminal does not interface with the PWM block( I get a red dotted line connection) Is there any other way I can give pulsating input to my BJT ?

+ Is there any way I can attach my Simulink file here ?
