Simulink block 'MATLAB Fcn' get '0' value

I built a model,and integrator which set the initial value. But the read incoming values the 'MATLAB Fcn' in the beginning simulation is 0. Although model contains the algebra loop, but added 'Memory' block still can not be solve. So the problem should not be algebraic loop. Where there is the model's problem?
