how to work out this problem in matlab 2012 ?

i am out of options to this error and searched for a solution but found nothing so please help me with it : when ever i open the matlab this warning appears to me: Warning: Invalid MEX-file 'C:\Xilinx\14.4\ISE_DS\ISE\sysgen\bin\nt64\xlgetpath.mexw64': A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. > In sl_refresh_customizations>call_all at 161 In sl_refresh_customizations at 81 In slcustomize at 4 In simulinkrc at 39

i installed the sdk 7.1 but still the warning appears ???

Please download Dependency Walker from the internet and use that to trace the problem.
