Generate the Gaussian random sequence using randn(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/randn.html and use cos(): https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/double.cos.html to calculate cosine. Generate the sequence of 'n' using colon operator: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/colon.html. The rest is pretty simple.
