Publish: encoding problem

Dear colleagues, I wrote some script with default option set and published it into html. As a result - got some characters (my native language is russian) with wrong symbols (encoding). Tried to bdclose all; set_param(0,'CharacterEncoding','Windows-1252'). nothing changed... R2010b. Win 7 32bit. By the way, figure is shown correctly with russian symbols.
That is what I get: Äâèæåíèÿ òåëà â 2õ êîîðäèíàòàõ

So, I've tried to change global windows encoding. Script is ok, but figure with russian titles are not shown correctly.
