How to segment malignant tumour from normal tisssue using fuzzy C means

Hi, I have a malignant stage tumour of thermographic breast image and i have problem in setting the threshold for the image.The segmentation algorithm i use is K means clustering algorithm.red colour indicates tumour ,bllue indicates normal.
