I would like to know how would I type this equation into MatLab.

You would start at the beginning. There is nothing complicated here. the functions cos, sinh, cosh, etc., are all defined in MATLAB. Make sure you know that sin and cos are defined in term of radians. Even the variable pi is predefined as the number you ywould expect it to be.
Use * or perhaps better .* to multiply things. You divide something using /, so H/2 is exactly what you might expect it to be.
If you want to cube the result of a funcion, then do just that. Evaluate the function, then raise it to the third power.
Why not make an effort? TRY IT. Then when you do, if you generate an error, THEN ask for help. Show the complete error that is given, everything in red.
How can it possibly hurt to try?
If you really have no clue how to do any of this, then is there any valid reason why you would not start by reading the available tutorials? The MATLAB OnRamp tutorial, for example? I know that real men don't need no steenkin manuals, but perhaps it is right to make an exception?
