How I can set the data description in the radar chart?

The question is how to set the description of data directly over each data set instead of numbers 0-330? (not manually)

Can you please be a little bit more specific about what you mean by "description of data"?

Hi

There is a need of showing data for 3 years for 10 countries. The name of each country should be directly over the data (all 3 years in the line to the center) not somewhere near.
