Simulink, RTWin and two data acquisition cards

Hello, I have installed successfully on my pc two identical Advantech DAQ cards (they are on the supported list) and i would like to use them both in a model in Simulink. When I choose the auto-detect pci slot, in the board setup in the RTWin block, it works fine, but obviously for only one of the Advantech cards. To use both cards I have to manually select the pci slots they're in. So when I do that, the board presence is verified at the selected address but when I run the model (that worked with the auto-detect) it doesn't work anymore. What could be the problem? Thank you.
