How to connect the coordinates point if we are having it seperate?

I have one data sets of coordinates and wanted to connect certain points. How can I do it?

Details : -

1- The set of data is coordinates.

2- Coordinated of trees, as some group of trees are close to each other so I have to connect it and make it as a one small park as I am not able to measure all the trees.

3- There are many such randomly coordinates , hence how to do it?

I have measure the data from Leica coordinates measuring instruments .

Please include the "importfile" function. It's not built in to MATLAB, at least it's not in any of the toolboxes I have.

improtfile is general function, it is work on my computer and another friend laptop also. Its txt file so if you run the process file than it will work.

I think you have to change the folder path, for me all file is running.
