I wanna trigger a subsystem when it sees rising edge for the first time and disable the subsystem permanently when it sees the falling edge for the first time. How can we achieve this using Enable & triggered subsystems block?

Are you open to use stateflow? Implementing complex logical requirements are much simpler with Stateflow.

If you'd like to continue using Triggered Subsystem, you will need to construct a pulse signal for the trigger signal, which only rises once. If it never has a rising edge again, the subsystem will never run again.

This actually isn't to tough to implement with an extra enabled subsystem. Long term, if you have a lot of logic controlling the system, stateflow is the proper choice.
