How to find the overall function block diagram

I wonder how do I find the overall function of a block diagram of simulated in SIMULINK with only transfer functions is that possible?

Sorry, I don't know much about this area, but I think Simulink Control Design might let you achieve something like this. Perhaps someone else can provided more detailed guidance.
