I'm trying to get a 3d closed cylinder standing on a plane. radious = 0.5 height=2 x-coordinate of the cylinder base center =20 y-coordinate of the cylinder base center =40
Somebody can help me, please?

There is a cylinder() function. What have you tried with it so far?
