Gaussian Elimination (LU or not) or Jacobian? How to write mfile???

Hi all,

Does anyone have an mfile that utilizes either gaussian or jacobian or LU factorization to solve multiple variable linear equations?

Yes. It is builtin in Matlab. According to the documentation of lu:

x = A\b;  % This is solved implicitely by:

[L,U] = lu(A);
y = L\b;
x = U\y;
