Model error - Source Unknown

"Error using horzcat Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent."

I just started using Stateflow to implement control logic, and am really just building an example portion for review. Thus far, it contains 3 flow graphs and a few matlab functions.

I've not intentionally implemented any vector/matrix concatenation, so the error is throwing me. More so, because it's not giving me any detail as to where the error may be, and there is a lot to go through.

I am expecting several errors, along the lines of unknown functions and variable (I intended to use the errors are tracking for what dependencies need to be implemented.)

Unfortunately, I'm at a hard stop, because I can't fathom what this error would mean, or where it would be presenting. I'm unable to even step through the model, so its happening on init.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I am hoping someone else has come across this issue and can point me into some direction ...
