Hi there!
I am fairly new to the study of wavelets and I am currently tyring to use the wavelet toolbox to decompose my MRI signal into the wavelet coefficients! I was wondering if you could advice me on hoe to go about it. I have been told it is better to use biorthog and so I was going to use the command dwt2(biorth) however in the documentation it says you must specify two number is use biorth1.1 or biorth2.2 etc. how are these numbers determined?
Many thanks in advance :)
