Nifti file: How to save 4D

Hi,
I have 4D array (256 x 192 x 64 x 3) that I get after data processing and I want to save it as nifti file. However, I have not been able to do it. Any help would be appreciated.
Orientation and other information can be copied from mask file that I get from FSL software.
