How to find a interval of values?

Hello all,

I have some problems with my matlab syntax. My goal: I'm trying to build a function where I can withdraw a specific data set including an interval (+ or - a value) . This is the core. I have a loop and one condition. So I want to put in another cell including the exact values and those additional values (+ or - the exact value) thank you

MCR is a matrix

i is number of column to this matrix

 for i=1:n;
    if MCR(:,i)~=0
        IMCR{i,1}=find(MCR==MCR(:,i));
    end
end
