for edge detection we need to find threshold images using canny edge detector

Such requests do not motivate contributors in this forum to send you the code. It would be your turn to download some of the many submissions from the FileExchange. Your message has been tagged with the desasterous tags: "no attempt", "doit4me" and "sendit2me". This means, that others assume, that you did not spend any own effort to solve your problem. Then others are not interested in trying to help you.
