How to verify SNR of a signal after using the awgn function

I just added 60db noise to my signal and i wish to verify if the added noise is correct. How do i check this?
pw=60;
Wtheo = rand(m,r);
Htheo = rand(r,n);
Xtheo = Wtheo*Htheo;
X = awgn(Xtheo,pw,'measured');
