The Thorny Problem of curve fitting

Dear MATLAB experts,

I have the thorny problem of curve fitting. I posted this problem once, but I did not get any answer. I have 5 variables and I would like to know how to curve fitting with these 5 variables. I can use curve fitting toolbox, but only 3 variables can be used. I would like to know whether it is possible to fit with multiple variables or not.
