answers 0 votes Problem while interfacing handycam,the following error occurred Error using ==> videoinput.videoinput at 328

i interfaced my handycam using a video capture device.it got detected in image acquisition toolbox.Was able to view in the preview also,but when i run the program,i get the following error,......

*??? Error using ==> videoinput.videoinput at 328 The FORMAT specified is not supported by this device. See IMAQHWINFO(ADAPTORNAME).

Error in ==> testvid at 9 vid = videoinput('winvideo',2,'YUY2_720X480');*

when i used the IMAQHWINFO(ADAPTORNAME),got the following output
