Are you asking for a turbine model? Factors that might go into this are generator size, blade size and number, blade pitch, direction of the wind(hopefully straight on), etc. Do you have information of this type?

It depends on the model. Many feature will influence the rotational speed of the turbine: laminarity of the air flow or turbulences? How exact is the profile of the wings modelled? The load of the power-output matters as well as the temperature dependning friction.
But if you do not care about these details, because you only want to use an existing model, you search for the angualr velocity only. Where this property is available depends on the model again.
