Error after loading demo code

Hey,

I loaded the demo code which came along Matlab2011a "Video Stabilization" for my processor DM642. The loading was successful and I got output perfectly.

But later in when I try to connect the board to CCS v3.3 i get this error

SC_ERR_TST_MEASURE -291

The built-in scan-path length measurement has failed. This indicates that the JTAG controller cannot reliably communicate with the target DSP's and micro-controllers at that frequency. Try specifying the scan-path lengths in the board configuration file because the built-in scan-path reliability tests cannot be performed without knowledge of the scan-path length.

Please help. I called TI but they could not resolve it.
